The Market is Rebounding

We are seeing some strong growth in resales right now. With the job market still struggling, and with the small investment it takes to start, basically a business of one's own, it surprises me that more people are not taking this opportunity to enter a growth field. Real estate agents have survived downturns before and come out way ahead as the market turned. Now is an excellent time to take the required courses and hook up with a powerful real estate company. Where Are the Youngsters?

Just noticed that the average age of real estate agents is now 51. While that's not old given today's aging population, it made me wonder why more recent college and highschool graduates are not entering this field and pulling the average age down a bit? We've had a great ride in this career and it will rebound (I think big time) soon.
